We plan to build three trendy, modern two-story duplexes on three unique empty corner lots in the Cedar Grove community, supporting the City of Shreveport’s initiative to revitalize the area. This project aims to provide stylish, affordable housing for single parents, contributing to the neighborhood’s renewal and growth.

In Louisiana, there are over 200,000 single-parent households, creating significant hardships for children, parents, and the community. These challenges lead to suffering communities, which in turn deprive families of valuable opportunities.
Recognizing this urgent need, Community Builders Alliance (CBA) was established to make a difference. We focus on building affordable housing to empower Louisiana's low-income single parents. Through our efforts, we aim to strengthen communities and create brighter futures for all.
